Lady Bird at the 2026 KemperSports Leadership Conference
In March 2025, Lady Bird officially became part of the KemperSports family when Touchstone Golf merged with KemperSports, a sports and recreation facility management company known for its diverse portfolio of public, private, and municipal properties.
Last week in Chicago, General Manager Chris Meade represented Lady Bird at the annual KemperSports Leadership Conference. This special gathering brings together leaders from across the company to share ideas, compare notes, learn from each other, and reset for the season ahead.
And he came home with some exciting news.
Lady Bird was recognized with three awards:
The Par Club 2025
Presented to General Managers who met their property’s annual budget goals.
True Service Excellence Award
This is given to properties who achieve a minimum of 70 NPS (Net Promoter Score) with a minimum of 50 surveys per month.
